Le Nuage is a spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment that sits on the 5th floor. It features a private balcony, split AC+ heating, in-unit washer/dryer, and a full American-style open kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting the original parquet floors and timeless Parisian elegance.

Rental Requirements
Because this is our second home, we take care in welcoming the right guests — we simply ask that you treat the space with the same respect you'd want for your own.
Rates & Fees Nightly rates range from $200–250, adjusted for season and group size. A €65 cleaning fee and a $100 security deposit are required at booking, along with a non-refundable one-night deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. EU visitors will be charged the € equivalent.
Payment We accept Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, or bank transfer only.
Stay Requirements A 3-night minimum applies for most stays (business travelers excluded), with a maximum of 30 consecutive nights.
Check-in & Check-out Times are flexible and coordinated around turnover — we'll align on the details closer to your arrival.
